RETURNS / EXCHANGES

• We offer full exchanges for anything on our website that is worth the same price as your item. Our exchange policy states that your item must be returned its into original condition, unworn and within 14 days of you receiving the item. However postage costs will not be covered by us. 

• Please be aware that if your item has gone down in price due to sale reasons then that is the price you will be exchanging your item for.

• Unfortunately we do not currently offer returns on our items. This is due to the fact that most our items are handmade to sizes and therefore we would be unable to offer a refund. Please be aware of this before purchasing from us. 

• We do not offer refunds with our mystery packs, however we do offer exchanges. Please be aware of this before purchasing.
