By Blue is still up and running as usual. We are taking extra precautions while packaging your orders including stricter hygiene. Our postage days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Please be aware of this before purchasing as this could mean your delivery is a little longer.
UK STANDARD DELIVERY
- Shipping varies on each individual item.
- Delivery time is stated on each item in the description, please be aware of this before buying.
- All items once ready are sent first class signed for.
- You will receive a dispatch email when your item has been shipped and after that your order will arrive within 1-2 days.
- If delivery is not stated on the item it will be within our standard delivery times which is 2-4 working days.
- Please note that delivery during bank holidays, Christmas and New Years may be slightly longer or delayed due to the volume of parcels and a delay with Royal Mail.
- We do offer next day delivery on some items costing £8 to anywhere in the UK.
- To purchase using next day delivery please email / message us so we can arrange it for you.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
- We ship worldwide to the EU and other countries.
- Shipping prices are based on each individual item and pricing is stated at the checkout.
- Our average price for international shipping is £9.99.
MORE INFORMATION
- ALL orders are sent first class signed for via Royal Mail once made and ready to be shipped.
- Please ensure your address is correct before ordering from byblue as we have no control if the parcel is lost due to this.
- You will receive an email from us when your item has been dispatched and is on the way.
- All items are sent signed for but not tracked. Therefore orders can be confirmed once signed for and received and signatures can be checked, however tracking is unavailable.
- Once an item has been shipped/signed for/royal mail have the item we are not responsible for the customer picking it up from royal mail if you aren't in for the delivery to sign.
LOST ORDERS
- Unfortunately we are not responsible for items that are lost in the post as we have no control over this after we have posted the item.
- Please be aware that all items are sent signed for and therefore require a signature.
- If you have not received your order after more than a week please email us immediately and we will do everything we can to help.
